環(huan)保熱熔(rong)膠作為一種(zhong)快速、環(huan)保的膠粘劑被(bei)越(yue)來越(yue)多的工業生產(chan)(chan)廠家所使用,經常用熱熔(rong)(rong)膠的廠家肯定(ding)都(dou)會遇到這(zhe)個問(wen)題:熱熔(rong)(rong)膠突(tu)然(ran)融(rong)(rong)不(bu)開(kai)(kai)了,突(tu)然(ran)融(rong)(rong)不(bu)開(kai)(kai)了,急著要生產(chan)(chan)用,這(zhe)怎(zen)么辦呢?要解決這(zhe)一問(wen)題首先要了解產(chan)(chan)生問(wen)題的原因(yin),根據問(wen)題對癥(zheng)下(xia)藥。一般(ban)環(huan)保熱熔(rong)(rong)膠融(rong)(rong)不(bu)開(kai)(kai)有以(yi)下(xia)原因(yin):
1、原料中的鈣含量太多

2、熱熔膠機的膠槽內的碳化物太多
環保熱(re)熔(rong)膠(jiao)使用過程(cheng)中難免會有沒用完(wan)的膠(jiao)水被重復(fu)加(jia)熱(re),長時間處于高溫狀態會導致熱(re)熔(rong)膠(jiao)性能(neng)被破壞,從(cong)而導致碳(tan)化。積碳(tan)堆積過多會阻礙(ai)熱(re)量(liang)的傳(chuan)導。熱(re)熔(rong)膠(jiao)受熱(re)慢(man),自然就融化得(de)慢(man)。因此(ci)需(xu)要定(ding)期對(dui)熱(re)熔(rong)膠(jiao)機(ji)進行清理。
3、 膠機顯示的溫度與實際不符
有(you)時(shi)候不是(shi)(shi)因(yin)為熱(re)熔(rong)膠的(de)(de)性(xing)能問題(ti)(ti),而是(shi)(shi)膠機的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)芯片(pian)組出(chu)了問題(ti)(ti),導致(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)不準(zhun)確(que),熱(re)熔(rong)膠實(shi)際(ji)的(de)(de)受熱(re)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)低于設(she)置(zhi)的(de)(de)施工溫(wen)(wen)度(du),就融不開了。要確(que)定(ding)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)是(shi)(shi)因(yin)為這一原因(yin)導致(zhi)的(de)(de)膠水(shui)化不開,可以購買一只(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)計,測試(shi)一下膠槽(cao)內的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)與設(she)置(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)相(xiang)符。
